    Can a woman/girl wear a full length dress? I've read the guidelines: For guests 14 and older there are more rules including: layered costumes or props that surround the entire body are strongly discouraged. Does that include a dress?

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

    If I understand correctly, you’re wondering whether you can wear a full-length dress as part of your costume for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. 

    Unfortunately, the Party's Official Costume Guidelines state that Guests 14 years of age and older may not wear costumes that reach or drag on the ground, including full-length Princess dresses. If you have your heart set on wearing a long dress as part of your costume, I would recommend getting it hemmed so that it is above your ankles. That way, it will still have the illusion of length, without reaching the floor and covering your feet.
