WL may be an option for our stay late November. What is the best way to get to Contemporary and Poly for breakfast ADR? Does the boat to MK stop there or, take boat to MK then monorail? How early does the boat and monorail start running? thanks

Hi Chris! The Wilderness Lodge is a great resort at Walt Disney World. It is a very relaxing atmosphere and you will absolutely feel like you have walked into one of our famous National Park Lodges in the west! I will be staying there this weekend and I always find it a treat!

The best way to get to the Contemporary resort for your early dining reservation is by boat. These boats begin to run from the Contemporary, Fort Wilderness, and Wilderness Lodge at 6:45am so you are able to get to a reservation beginning at 7am if necessary. Be sure and give yourself a little bit of time as the marina is about an 8 minute walk to the main building.

If you have an early reservation at the Polynesian resort your best bet again can be the boat to the Contemporary and then transfer to the monorail. The Polynesian is the second stop once you get on at the Contemporary. You will find the monorail entrance on the 4th floor of the main building. If the boats are running to the Magic Kingdom (this is usually about 30 minutes before the official opening of the park) you can take this to the park and then transfer to the resort monorail (left side) or the small boat to the Polynesian. These boats are located next to where the Wilderness Lodge boats will leave you off in front of the park. If not sure of the location ask your boat pilot for directions.

If there is anything else we can do to help with your planning for your November vacation please let us know. The more you are comfortable with before you go the less stressful the vacation will be. Enjoy the process!
