So WL is your fav? Any suggestions for room location,or should we just let the magic happen? Ours boys are 10&6 and 1st time at this resort.Any other tips or must sees? So cool to have the Palmetto State represented on the panel. Thanks a bunch!

    Hi Jennifer!

Oh yes, Wilderness Lodge is definitely my favorite! I do have to be honest I hadn't stayed there before my last trip a few weeks ago! I have visited the resort many times but just hadn't stayed overnight. With the age of your kids, a bike ride through the trails would be a lot of fun! You can also go to the back of the resort past the pool to check out a geyser which I am told erupts periodically. I did see it from a distance just to make sure my camera didn't get soaked. Pay close attention to the wallpaper in the halls and the carpet as you may see a familiar face. And lastly, walk up the stairs in front of Whispering Canyon to find a very relaxing spot to pass the time! It truly is a wonderful resort and you and the family will very much enjoy it!

Not only is it cool to be from SC on the panel but we also have Kathie who lives just a short distance away from me! Yeah! If you need any other questions answered, just let me know!!! When you are there for your trip, look for the Moms Panel! There should be many of us around the parks from the 8th-11th!
