How do you get from WL to Boardwalk? Is there any way besides a bus? Could we go to a theme park and outside the park take a boat to Boardwalk? We love the boat rides! Thanks!

    Hi Susan!

I love boat rides too!  They are so peaceful and relaxing.

Traveling from resort to resort can sometimes be a little challenging.  Unless you'll have a car to drive to BoardWalk, the quickest and easiest way would be taking a cab to BoardWalk.  If that is not an option, there will be a bus involved but it can also involve a boat.

You could go to Disney's Hollywood Studios and take a Friendship Boat to BoardWalk.  The dock is outside the entrance of the park so you would not need to go through the park to board the boat.  If you are outside facing the turnstiles, the buses and parking lot will be on your left and the boat dock will be back towards your right.  Once you're aboard, its a short boat ride to Disney's BoardWalk.  You can also walk to BoardWalk from Hollywood Studios.  Its about a 15 minute walk depending on how fast you walk.

The Friendship Boat also makes a stop outside the International Gateway Entrance at Epcot but you'd have to go through Epcot to get to that dock to board.

Please feel free to keep the question coming.  We're hEAR to help!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
