Hi Paul John,
Thanks for visiting planDisney! Your Disneyland trip is just around the corner!
I spoke with a helpful Cast Member at Guest Services, and they shared that there are areas within the parks where you can charge your ECV if needed. They recommend stopping by the
Stroller Rental area outside the parks (on the east side). The Cast Members there are usually familiar with the best locations to charge mobility devices.
If you have a longer stay and will be resting at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, you also have the option to rent an ECV for the length of your stay. These rentals can be reserved in advance through Disney’s featured mobility device partner. You can find all the details on the ECV and Wheelchair Rentals page; scroll down to the section titled “
Disney Featured Provider.” Cast Members at your hotel can also tell you the best way to charge your ECV on property.
I hope this information was helpful, Paul John! As you continue planning your trip, be sure to check out the
Disney Parks Blog to see what’s coming for the holiday season. The
foodie guide for the
Festival of Holidays at California Adventure was recently released, and there are lots of great snacks and beverages to try. Many guests will be happy to hear about the return of the Sticky Toffee Pudding Macaron. I was able to try it last year, and it definitely lived up to the hype!
If you have more questions or would like tips for your upcoming adventure, feel free to reach out to me or any of my fellow planDisney panelists. We’re always here to add a little extra pixie dust to your vacation.
Have a magical vacation!
