    Within 30 days of trip arrival for Disney World and 1 member of the party can't go. Will they refund the amount back for that 1 person in the package since other members are traveling?

    Hi there, Brittney! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so glad you found us with your question.

    It sounds like you will soon be visiting the Happiest Place on Earth — I am so excited for you! I know that plans change, and so does Mickey Mouse! Regarding the one member of your party that can no longer make the trip, I was able to get some information for you directly from a Cast Member. Within 30 days of your trip, you can still make modifications by contacting a Guest Services Cast Member in Disney Resort Hotel Reservations. You may incur a small change fee, depending on the details of your reservation. But it sounds like it is possible and simple to make this change, just call a Cast Member and let them work their magic!

    I am so glad that you do not have to cancel the entire reservation! A visit in April will be amazing, as Walt Disney World will be in “full bloom” for the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival! And we recently celebrated the grand opening of Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway, which I hope you get to experience for yourself!
