Do you have any wishes when watching the parade?

    Hi there, friend!

Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your question! I feel like Star has granted all my wishes every time I walk down Main Street, U.S.A. at Disneyland Resort. It is the place where dreams come true!

It sounds like you would like to learn more about watching parades at Disneyland! The "Magic Happens" Parade can be seen in Disneyland Park at this time. This incredible parade celebrates magical moments from legendary Disney stories, such as Moana, Frozen, and Coco. Pay special attention to Merlin as he shows off his dance moves! The "Magic Happens" Parade usually runs twice each day, and times can be found in the Disneyland mobile app once you arrive in the United States. I prefer to watch the second parade from a spot near "it's a small world." As the sky darkens for the second performance, the Parade floats are beautifully illuminated! I try to arrive in the area at least 45 minutes in advance to secure front-row space to make it easier for my kids to see the fantastic floats.

I am a huge fan of dining packages when visiting Disneyland because we can eat a tasty meal and enjoy some of my favorite entertainment options from a reserved viewing area. The Plaza Inn Parade Dining Package includes meals and a voucher for reserved viewing access to the second “Magic Happens” Parade performance. The adult meal currently consists of slow-cooked short ribs with chimichurri, a fried chicken thigh, pesto-infused mashed potatoes, dessert, and more. Kids can enjoy fried chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, seasonal fruit, vegetables, and a dessert. Plant-based options are also available. The food is delicious, and access to the reserved viewing area makes me as happy as Asha wishing on a star! Reservations can be made through your local travel planner or by calling Disneyland Guest Information.

Speaking of Asha, did you know she sometimes appears outside the Royal Hall in Fantasyland? My kids love sharing their wishes with her! Fans of Wish might also want to purchase the Wish Star Sipper from select locations across Disneyland, which can be found in the Disneyland app when you arrive at Disneyland.

Friend, whether embarking on a magical journey aboard Snow White's Enchanted Wish or making a wish at the Wishing Well in Snow White Grotto, Disneyland Resort is the place where dreams become reality! I hope all of your wishes come true during your visit to Disneyland!

Wishing you a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
