wish ship deck 10 royal suite ...can guests using facilities above deck on11 see into our lounge area below

    Ahoy there!

Thank you for sailing by planDisney with your Royal Suite question! You are in for such a treat when staying in the Concierge 1-Story Royal Suite. My family and I had the opportunity to stay in the IncrediSuite on the Disney Destiny earlier this year, and it was truly an incredible experience, no pun intended!

Since the Disney Destiny and the Disney Wish are set up very similarly, let’s set sail right into your question. In my experience, Guests staying on Deck 11, looking down toward Deck 10, could see only small portions of our balcony. This happened to us just once, when I was standing near the edge of the balcony as we were docking at Disney Castaway Cay. I looked up and saw some children waving at me, but I was right at the edge of our balcony, and they were also near the edge of Deck 11.

Because of the tiered shape of the ship, there are a few spots that may be visible from above. However, we did not notice this often, and overall, our balcony still felt very secluded. At no point were Guests on Deck 11 able to see our chairs, whirlpool, or main seating area on the balcony, which made it feel like our own little retreat at sea.

I have to say, sailing on Deck 10 was such a wonderful experience. If we needed anything from the Concierge Lounge, we could easily head up and grab it, and our Concierge host also did a wonderful job taking care of anything we needed.

One thing I highly recommend is ordering dinner to your room. When staying in a one-bedroom suite, you have the option to enjoy dining right in your stateroom. My family did this on Pirate Night, and it was such a relaxing and memorable way to enjoy dinner while still feeling part of all the swashbuckling fun on board.

I hope this helps answer your question as you chart your course for a magical sailing! If you have any additional questions, please feel free to visit us again.

    See ya real soon,
