I wish to pre-register for DAS for my daughter.

    Hello Julia,

As the current UK-based Panelist here at planDisney, it's always a great pleasure for me to welcome a fellow British Guest here to our pixie-dusted spot!  Julia, I'll be more than happy to offer you some guidance concerning the Disability Access Service (DAS) for your darling daughter when visiting the magic of Walt Disney World Resort later on this month.

It's a fairly recent offering that Guests have been provided with the opportunity to pre-register with Cast Members for the Disability Access Service (DAS) via video chat.  However, for the meantime, Guests like you and I, from the United Kingdom are not yet able to take advantage of this pre-registration process for the Disability Access Service (DAS) via the UK-based Walt Disney Travel Company website.

Julia, it's reassuring to know that Guests from the UK are indeed welcome to register for the Disability Access Service (DAS) upon arrival at any Disney Theme Park.  To discuss registration, simply visit a Disney Theme Park Guest Relations location where Cast Members will be happy to discuss your daughter's particular needs concerning her disability.

Plus, you'll be pleased to hear that any Disability Access Service (DAS) that Cast Members may provide for your daughter will be valid for her entire length of stay; which currently is for up to 60-days at Walt Disney World Resort!

I feel sure you'll discover a plethora of pixie-dusted assistance is provided for Guests with Disabilities at Walt Disney World Resort.  I know first-hand from my own Disney holidays with family members who live with cognitive disabilities, that Guests are offered such thoughtful, kind, and inclusive accommodations at Walt Disney World Resort which are set in place to make our precious family time together as magical as possible.

And lastly, just in case you should have any further specific questions about visiting Walt Disney World Resort with a disability, it's always possible to connect with Cast Members via this handy email address: Disability.services@disneyparks.com

And now, all that remains is for me to wish you and your family an extra jolly July holiday to the most magical place on earth!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
