We wish to pay a gratuity to our Mouskeeping staff at WL each day of our trip (assuming doing so is standard). Will we need to bring cash, or can we charge the gratuity to our credit card on record? If so, will charging ensure it goes to the right person?

    Hi there Melanie!

How very thoughtful of you to think of the "Mousekeepers" at Disney's Wilderness Lodge.  They work very hard to make sure that your room at this magical resort is clean, comfortable, and beautiful.  Do not plan to charge your gratuity to your room account.  Rather, leave cash on the night stand with a little note.  A simple "thank you" will suffice.  Leaving your gratuities in this manner will guarantee that your gift ends up in the hands of the dedicated Cast Member who prepared your room for you.

Let me know if you have any additional questions about staying at Disney's Wilderness Lodge.  It just happens to be my favorite resort in the entire world!  I love this majestic place.  My last visit was only two days ago.

Wishing you and your family a vacation sprinkled with extra pixie dust!
