I wish to link my tickets, but I cannot enter the ticket ID because it has 21 digits and only 20 digits can be entered. What should I do?

Hi there, Theresa, and welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you've stopped by to ask us this question today! From the beginning of your planning to the moment you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort, there are so many resources to help you prepare, and I'm thrilled that you've chosen to trust us with giving you the best advice for your vacation! My fellow Panelists and I are here and happy to help!

Theresa, you'll be happy to know that you've already completed Step One of linking your Disney Theme Park Tickets, since you already have a My Disney Experience Account! When you visit the My Disney Experience website, log in to your account, and then scroll down until you see "Park Tickets." When you hover over those words, you'll see the option to click "Link Tickets." Then, you'll be able to type in the ID Number for your ticket. On the website, there is a 20-character limit. I reached out to a helpful Cast Member who let me know that you should try entering as many characters as possible to see if your ticket will link. Also, please double-check that there are no other ID numbers to try. If you run into any issues, please reach out to a Cast Member who can assist you further.

Theresa, did you know that you'll be able to download the My Disney Experience Mobile App when you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort? It'll be your go-to source of information for everything like finding dining locations, viewing wait times at nearby attractions, selecting Disney Genie+ Lightning Lanes, and more! You can learn more helpful technology tips in this planDisney Podcast.

Happily, planDisney has a plethora of helpful videos that you can watch to help you prepare for your upcoming vacation. If you're into thrills like TRON: Lightcycle / Run, be sure to check out this planDisney Podcast about thrills in the parks! Additionally, the Disney Parks Blog is a fantastic resource for new and exciting details about the parks, including seasonal offerings and celebrations.

Theresa, I hope you have a lovely visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth. Please stop back by with any other questions you have as you prepare for your vacation!

    See you real soon!
