Hello Darrell, and welcome to planDisney!
Oh boy! It's so exciting to hear that you and your group of fellow Mouseketeers have an upcoming May holiday to Walt Disney World Resort all planned out together. May is such a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious time of the year to visit as the
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival will be in full bloom!
Darrell, it might be helpful for you to know that at present, already made
Disney Park Pass reservations cannot just be changed or modified - they must be completely cancelled before moving ahead and booking a new one.
It goes without saying that of course, Guests change, and update their Disney itineraries all the time! Therefore, Disney Park Pass reservations can indeed be easily cancelled by visiting the
My Plans section within your
My Disney Experience account.
Darrell, if you wish to cancel an existing Disney Park Pass reservation for
EPCOT on May, 21st, and then book a new one for
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, please do check first on the current availability of reservations for that day.
It's super easy to check for
current Disney Park Pass availability via this handy link.If for whatever reason you're still experiencing any difficulties at all in adjusting your plans at Walt Disney World Resort, then I would suggest speaking with a helpful Cast Member who will be able to fully access your My Disney Experience account for you.
To connect with a Cast Member, please dial the UK freephone number for
Website and Technical Support contained within this
Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.
I hope that I've been able to provide a little pixie-dusted insight for you today Darrell. If you did have any
further questions for me, then please don't hesitate to drop back to planDisney where I'm always happy to help a fellow British Guest!Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
