I wish to cancel my ticket as I was not able to enter the park.

Hello Lindsey, and welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for stopping by with your question. We appreciate your patience as we assist all who are anxious to return to a land of magic

I'm sorry to hear that you aren't looking to use the tickets you recently purchased, but unfortunately, Disneyland theme park tickets are non-refundable. Hakuna Matata! All is not lost! You do have options, even if you aren't able to visit as planned. If you purchased multi-day tickets, they don't expire until January 12, 2023, or 13 days after their first use (whichever comes first), so you have quite some time to put together a trip.

If you bought a one-day ticket that is not valid for the new date you are looking to travel, you can apply the amount paid to the price of a new ticket by calling (714) 781-4636. A friendly Cast Member will help you modify the ticket tier, if necessary, and pay any price differences. Don't forget to make theme park reservations once you have chosen a new date to visit.

I hope this is helpful, Lindsey, and that you're able to reschedule your day at Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park soon. There's a lot of excitement on the horizon for both theme parks. The Avengers Campus will open to Guests in just a few weeks, so if you have any superhero fans in your crew, prepare to assemble! Thanks again for sending your question our way, and if there's anything we can do to make future visits more magical, come back anytime.

Wishing you a great, big, beautiful tomorrow!
