Plans change, so it can become necessary to cancel your
Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation. To cancel your reservation, you have some options that include canceling from the
My Disney Experience app, your account via the website, or by calling to speak with a cast member.
To cancel via the My Disney Experience app, select the three lines at the bottom right and choose “Future Plans.” Select “View Room Details,” scroll down a bit after the “Check Back for Room Number” message, and swipe left to the end where you will find “Cancel Room.” To cancel via your My Disney Experience account via your computer, be sure to log in first. Once you are logged in, under My Disney Experience, select “My Plans,” scroll down to “My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets,” and under your confirmation number, you should find the option to cancel. If you cannot cancel via the app or your account using your computer, call (407) 934-7639, and a cast member will be able to assist you.
