Hello again, Sam!
Now that I've answered your other question and seen this one, it's obvious that your wheels are really turning about what to pack for your
next Disney Cruise Line sailing!
As I mentioned in my previous answer, there actually aren't too many restrictions regarding
attire on board - for the most part, Guests are advised to
exercise their best judgment. While it might sound like a magical fairy tale to don an extravagant wedding gown for the evening, doing so may come with some less-than-magical consequences. Let's just say that some little Mouseketeers don't have full control of their drippy ice cream cones, and I'd hate to see anything happen to your wedding dress!
I should also be transparent about how I approach attire on Disney Cruise Line sailings. My cruise casual "uniform" basically looks like I'm going to the gym and prioritizes comfort and simplicity. So, with that in mind, maybe don't take any advice from me regarding getting as fancy as possible on your next sailing! If you're sailing on the Wish again, an evening at
Palo Steakhouse or
Enchanté by Chef Arnaud Lallement would be the perfect time to dress to impress.
Sam, if I see anyone wearing a wedding dress on my next sailing, I'll be sure to introduce myself in case it's you!
