We wish to attend the tour "A Story of Celebration: 70th Anniversary Guided Tour" at the Disneyland Resort. Will the guided tour be available and the parade Paint the Night for the dates January 5-8, 2026? Thanks!

Hi Larry! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by to send us your question!

How exciting that you're planning a vacation at The Happiest Place on Earth! The Holidays are my favorite time of the year to visit the Disneyland Resort. While the Daily Events Schedule is only available approximately six weeks in advance, I can say that Paint the Night Parade will be paused for the holiday season. Because the Holidays last through January 7th, 2026, it is likely that A Story of Celebration: 70th Anniversary Guided Tour and Paint the Night will remain paused through that date. I recommend continuing to check the page for A Story of Celebration: 70th Anniversary Guided Tour at Disneyland Resort. Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance, and this will be the best indicator of when this tour will return as part of the 70th Anniversary Celebration.

As you're planning, be sure to check out the Holly Jolly Sneak Peek Guide from Disney Parks Blog. You can make Advanced Dining Reservations up to 60 days in advance on the Disneyland website or using the Disneyland Mobile App. You can also use the app during your visit to easily access your Theme Park Tickets, check attraction wait times, entertainment schedules, and much more!

If you have more questions before you arrive, please feel free to send them to us at planDisney. We can't wait for you to visit, and we would love to help!

    Wishing you magic,
    Lisa
