I got the winifred sanderson costume from spirit Halloween and was wondering if i am able to wear that to the party? Also my fiancé is going to be wearing a wig, i saw something about transparent wigs, can he wear a wig?

BOO to YOU, Megan! Oh, how exciting to hear of your plans for Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party! Last year, I went with my two best friends and we channeled the Sanderson Sisters for extra fun!

Your Winifred Sanderson costume will be perfectly welcome at the party, when you can check in with your party ticket and don the party wristband. Just make sure that no fabric drags the ground (Winnie did always love that flowing chiffon!) and that you don’t have anything around your face per the costume guidelines. Your fiance, likewise, can absolutely wear his wig (I’m hoping it’s a Billy wig… yes?!) as long as not of it obscures his face or eyes. I’ve worn a black wig pinned back with candy clips to be Vanellope Von Schweetz and seen folks full tilt as Briar Rose and Prince Phillip, complete with short capes, wigs, and shawl. I hope you are able to cosplay your little heart out, and during the day (and the rest of your trip) Disneybound yourself into a fervor.

If you have any other costume questions, please let me know. It’s one of the most exciting things to pack for regarding a runDisney race or a Halloween party! ~ Lindsey P.
