Hi Thomas!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your Disney Cruise Line vacation will be here before you know it and I only know how excited you must be!
Disney Cruise Line has a unique and (in my opinion) excellent
alcohol policy for Guests. Guests ages 21 and older may bring onboard up to TWO bottles of wine (750ml max each) OR 6 (12oz) beers per port! So, for example – my husband and I were able to carry on 4 bottles of wine when we embarked on our voyage and then at each port of call that we visited! This wine can be consumed in your stateroom (pack a bottle opener or you’ll be trying to find one at your first port of call) or opened in the main dining rooms. If you opt to take the bottle with you to the main dining room to have with your dinner, Disney Cruise Line will charge you a corking fee. If you do choose to bring onboard wine with you, be sure to keep it in your carry-on luggage and not pack it with the luggage that you check at the port when you arrive for embarkation.
Disney Cruise Line also offers some wonderful wine packages that can either be enjoyed in your stateroom or at the main dining rooms with your dinner. You can purchase multiple bottles and the price depends on which package you choose.
Wine packages can be purchased prior to your sailing or once onboard with your dining room servers.
Have you heard about the onboard wine tastings exclusive for adults?!? This activity can be found under "Onboard Fun" once your online activity booking window opens. There is a nominal cost, but it is so much fun and super informative!
Wishing you a FANATASTic and memorable adventure at sea!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
