Is wine permitted at the Kidani Village? I'm bringing my own bottle of wine and want to sit by the pool or in common areas at the resort? Or would I have to only drink in my room? Thanks!

Erica you will find Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge an amazing place to stay. Zebras, giraffes, and other safari animals are right outside your villa while you sleep!

Not only is alcohol permitted at Kidani Village, you may purchase spirited beverages in the restaurant Sanaa, at the pool, from room service and in the store. Sanaa has one of the loveliest lounges in Walt Disney World. Quiet, uncrowded, and with an original, exotic appetizer menu this spot is great place to have a drink and a small bite or two. Maji the pool bar serves tropical style drinks as well as beer and wine. Head over to the main Jambo House to sample a glass or two from one of the largest selections of South African wines outside of South Africa. The Animal Kingdom Lodge Cast Member I spoke with said bringing your own glass of wine poolside would not be an issue as long as you use a plastic cup- no glass allowed.

Planning your first Walt Disney World vacation can be overwhelming so please contact me if you have any additional questions. I would love to help you create a magical vacation for your family.
