I typically have a
grocery order delivered to my Disney Resort hotel when we start our vacation. I love being able to grab something quick for breakfast before hitting the road for a day of Disney fun. I also appreciate having some snacks and other items available when we return later in the evening… and that includes a nice bottle of wine!
The answer to your question depends on the grocery delivery service that you use. Some of them have a policy that the Guest needs to be present at delivery in order to show photo identification. Some others have asked for a picture of that ID at checkout and so the Guest doesn’t need to be present. The policy is set by that delivery service, and not by
Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, or any other Disney Resorts Collection hotel. If you have any questions about what a service’s policy is, I suggest looking up their FAQ or communicating directly with them.
And don’t forget that if you need to have the groceries delivered directly to your room during your vacation, by either Bell services or Luggage Assistance, a $6 fee (price subject to change, without notice) will be charged to your room account for each of those deliveries. That fee won’t be charged, however, if you pick up your groceries yourself.
