Does Windtraders in Animal Kingdom still have banshees? Do you need a reservation, like droid depot? Not planning to go till December 2020, Thank you.

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Megan!

You sound just like me because I think it's never to early to start planning a trip to Walt Disney World Resort. By the time you arrive next December there's going to be so many new things to experience, but I'm sure you're already thinking about what advanced dining reservations you want to make and what attractions you want to enjoy, so let's chat about Pandora - The World of Avatar at Disney's Animal Kingdom and what you might be able to expect to see there on your trip.

I was just at Windtraders a few weeks ago and there were lots of young Banshees in The Rookery waiting to connect with their new families and be adopted. A Naturalist from Alpha Centauri Expeditions is always there waiting to help you choose your own Banshee, or Ikran as they're known to the Na'vi, from a wide selection of unique colors and markings. You don't need a reservation to choose your Banshee and you can walk right up often with just a short wait! The Rookery is a permanent part of Windtraders, so I expect them to still be available for you when you arrive next year.

Sivako, Megan, and have a Night Blossom for me!
