Hey there, Jordan, and welcome to planDisney!
A good
Lightning Lane Multi Pass strategy can take your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort from ordinary to extraordinary. Since you're planning to visit Magic Kingdom first, you would need to make your initial Lightning Lanes there. But not to worry, I have a strategy that will hopefully get you to
Slinky Dog Dash at Hollywood Studios later.
When choosing your first
Lightning Lanes of the day at Magic Kingdom, I'd grab up the earliest slot available for something like Peter Pan's Flight. Get there and tap into that attraction as soon as possible. The minute you've scanned in, try to make a new Lightning Lane for Slinky Dog Dash for later in the day. As you tap into your next Magic Kingdom Lightning Lanes, continue to book others for later at Hollywood Studios.
Pro-tip: If you're staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, utilize
Early Theme Park Entry. You may find that, between your Lightning Lane Multi Pass and potentially low wait times in the standby queues at that time, you may manage to hit an astronomical number of attractions before crowds get too thick. My friends and I managed to accomplish attractions into the double digits before 10 AM by watching the wait times in the
My Disney Experience app.
Jordan, a little strategy, an early morning, and a whole lot of pixie dust may just be the solution to making your Disney dreams come true. Good luck, and may the magic find you!
Happy planning!
