Hey Dana!
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for bringing your question our way!
First of all, a big congratulations to you for being the big winner! So far, the Disneyland Resort has
announced expiration date extensions for a few different promotional theme park ticket types including Southern California Resident Tickets, Canada Resident Tickets and 2020 Military Salute Tickets. Please check the Disneyland Resort website for more information about the new ticket expiration dates for these promotional ticket offers. Non-promotional single day tickets that expire on December 30, 2020 will have the expiration date extended to December 16, 2021. And, the Disneyland Resort
reopening announcement stated that attendance will be managed through a new theme park reservation system. All Guests are required to obtain an advanced reservation for theme park entry. This reservation is required in addition to valid theme park admission. So please try linking your tickets to your Disneyland account and attempt to make a reservation.
If your tickets have truly expired, don’t worry! According to
eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of
Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. When you’re ready to visit, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth and, ask a Cast Member to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase. Lastly, because you won the tickets, I recommend checking with the radio station to ensure there are no additional guidelines that should be followed.
Please come back and see us if you think of any more questions!
