    Hello Wilma, My wife and I have dinner reservations at Raglan Road in Downtown Disney on Thurs., 09/05/13. That day also happens to be my wife's birthday. How can I arrange to have the servers sing "Happy Birthday"? Thanks

    What a fun way to celebrate your wife's birthday! My husband and I had lunch at Raglan Road for my birthday last year and had a fabulous meal and great service, which included a decadent bread pudding for dessert. So be sure you save room!

    If you haven't already noted the birthday on your reservation, I would call (407) WDW-DINE (407-939-3463) and ask to have it added. I also would let the cast member who checks you in know that it is your wife's birthday.

    You will be there at dinner time, when the Irish band Creel performs. I haven't done this, but I have heard that the band sometimes will play and sing to guests who are celebrating in the restaurant. I would ask the server is he or she can relay the request.

    We eat at Raglan Road frequently and have always found the staff to be very accommodating. I hope they can help you involve the band and other guests in conveying birthday wishes to your wife.
