Hello this is William. We have a vacation booked for February 17-22. We are looking into the dining plan. Do we have to do the dining plan in advance or can we do it upon arrival?

    Hi William, welcome to planDisney!

February is a fabulous month to visit Walt Disney World Resort. I highly recommend planning a visit to the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, which runs from January 12 to February 19, 2024. The Food Studios serve colorful, inventive cuisine and the voices featured in the DISNEY ON BROADWAY Concert Series will give your goosebumps goosebumps.

Disney Dining Plans are returning to Walt Disney World Resort on January 9, 2024. There are two delicious plans to choose from: the Disney Dining Plan and the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan. You can add a Disney Dining Plan to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation package up until the day before your arrival, William. You can do so by speaking with a helpful Cast Member at (407) 939-7675 or via the "My Plans" page of your My Disney Experience account. A Disney Dining Plan cannot be added upon arrival.

My family plans to add the Disney Dining Plan to our early 2024 Walt Disney World Resort vacation reservation soon. We've enjoyed the Disney Dining Plan on past trips and were excited to hear of its return. Our decision to add the Disney Dining Plan was determined by our preference to have one sit-down meal per day and the appeal of being able to pre-pay for the plan. We also use the Resort-Refillable Drink Mugs a lot during and after our vacation.

Snack entitlements are part of both dining plan options. They can even be used for many items from the Food Studios at the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. Keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for this year's Disney Eats Foodie Guide. Whet your appetite with a glance at last year's guide.

    Happy snacking,
    Jennifer
