Will Wildness Lodge bell service transfer my luggage to Swan Reserve?

Greetings Lisa and welcome to planDisney!

A split means many things to many people. A banana split reminds me of Beaches & Cream Soda Shop, my favorite dining spot at Walt Disney World! My family used to own a bowling alley when I was growing up, so a split was not a good thing when I was bowling! A split stay at a pair of Disney resorts is a magical adventure!

The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve is a Marriott resort, and I have heard so many answers to your question that I got Mickey to loan me his Mousektools to help me figure this out.  A few months ago, I contacted two Cast Members to confirm transfer of luggage between the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, and they confirmed to me that they do offer the transfer of luggage from the Swan to other Disney Resort Collection hotels.  Today when I contacted a Cast Member via the Disney chat, I was told the opposite that they would not transfer luggage between a Disney property and the Swan Reserve. So, I used the Mouseketools and dialed Bell Services at Disney's Wilderness Lodge and spoke with a Cast Member. He said that they would transfer your luggage to the Swan Reserve if the luggage arrived to them before 11:00am.  These conflicting answers lead me to suggest to you that I would check with Bell Services on the day that you arrive at Wilderness Lodge to confirm that they will transfer your luggage on your departure date.  This will give you the time to prepare for that split stay moving day!

Lisa, while you are at Wilderness Lodge, take some time to hang out at Geyser Point Bar & Grill! The views are spectacular and the Bison Cheeseburger is one of my favorites!  When you split and move over to the Swan Reserve, head over to Beaches & Cream Soda Shop at the nearby Disney's Beach Club Resort.  Take a friend or two with you and dig into a Kitchen Sink, or if it's an intimate gathering, No Way Jose will do just fine! Yum!

Have a magical adventure and don't forget to enjoy a Mickey Bar or two!
