Is the Wildlife Discovery Excursion I booked by staying on at club level at the Poly any different then the safari ride at AK? Should we do both?

The wonderful safari you booked from using the club level at the Polynesian is similar to the regular safari ride but you will have a different vehicle and you will have your own guide and zoological expert traveling with you to answer questions and tell you interesting information.  It is worth the time and if you see animals doing something special you will be able to stop and watch for as long as you wish where the regular safari vehicles must keep moving.  You also sneak off onto roads where the other vehicles are not allowed to go making your views far greater then the normal guests.

I would not tell you to not go on the safari ride again if you had the chance as every time you go something new and different takes place but if you only have one chance then the special excursion is the way to go!  Enjoy and remember your camera!
