Wilderness Lodge - in the lovely room off the DVC lobby there are game tables. I seem to remember that some even have a checker-board pattern on them. Is it possible to check-out board games? Thank you.

Hi David! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You're probably referring to the Community Hall room at The Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge.

Even with the excitement of the parks and pools, visiting the Community Hall is a must do for my kids! At Community Hall, you can play ping-pong, Foosball, video games, watch TV or participate in rainy day activities. You can also pick up equipment for basketball, bocce ball, tennis and shuffleboard. DVDs are available to rent (at no charge for Disney Vacation Club Members) at Community Hall. And yes, you can check-out board games!

Wishing you a magical and memorable Disney vacation.
