Hello there, Jeffrey! I'm so glad you've stopped by planDisney with your question.
Jeffrey, I have always loved an early morning breakfast reservation while on vacation at Walt Disney World. It just starts your day off right! Transportation to the Walt Disney World Theme Parks starts running from resort hotels about 45 minutes to 1 hour prior to the scheduled opening time. If it worked out time-wise (depending on when your reservation is) you would take the boat from
Disney's Wilderness Lodge over to
Magic Kingdom Park. From there, you could either use the new walking path or take the monorail over to
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. However, it sounds like you've already looked at the timing and it isn't going to work out that way. I think to get to your breakfast reservation, you are looking at using an outside transportation source. When I have early morning reservations, I like to use a ride-share service to get around. This really is the most convenient way to get from resort to resort while you are at Walt Disney World. Ride-share services are readily available around Walt Disney World and both major companies service the area. I think both companies are comparable in price but I do like to check both each time I use it because sometimes one company is offering a coupon or special promotion. If you don't like using a ride-share service, you can also use a more traditional method like a taxi. Taxis are normally waiting outside of the resort's lobby to take Guests around the Walt Disney World Resort. However, if there isn't a taxi available, one of the cast members working in the lobby will be happy to call one for you. Additionally, if you have a car with you, you can always drive yourself over to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. With your dining reservation, you do have complimentary parking at the resort.
I know these options aren't necessarily complementary but they will get you where you need to go and it's really not that much in the grand scheme of things. I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm happy to help.
Have fun and happy planning!
