Hi, there!
Dina, I'm just thrilled to hear you'll be visiting the
Walt Disney World Resort this Summer. As a public school teacher, it's my favorite time of year to visit! It's the perfect time to enjoy the unique Disney Resort hotel pools and the you-may-get-wet attractions in the theme parks.
The
Wild Africa Trek looks like an exhilarating experience. With a privately guided VIP expedition through the Safi River Valley, complimentary photo services for your adventure, AND a selection of African-inspired snacks, what's not to love? While I haven't experienced this unique offering yet, it's certainly on my Disney Bucket List! To answer your question, the Wild Africa Trek is temporarily unavailable, and there's been no news about when it will become available for booking again. My best advice is to keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog. It's your best resource for news and updates about Disney Parks and destinations! As experiences and services return to the Walt Disney World Resort, we'll see that information posted on the Disney Parks Blog.
I just got hungry thinking about the snacks offered to Guests of the Wild Africa Trek. If you're as interested in African-inspired flavors as I am, I have some great recommendations for you! I highly recommend a dining reservation at
Sanaa. This dining location is located in Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village. It's my family's absolute favorite restaurant in all of Walt Disney World Resort! We never miss a chance to visit. Not only does Sanaa serve up delicious African and Indian dishes, but it also offers incredible views of the Sunset Savanna! Would you prefer to stay in
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park for a dining reservation? Try
Tiffins Restaurant! Hungry travelers are most welcome to this renowned adventurers' club.
Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Dina. Please let us know if you have any other questions about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! We'd love to help you plan a magical stay.
