    Is the wild Africa trek worthwhile and what time of day in January is best?

    Hi there, Stella!

    I would say The Wild Africa Trek is definitely worth it!  I did it with my family a few years ago and my kids LOVED it!  Our favorite part was crossing a rope bridge over a pit of crocodiles!  In this safari adventure, you will witness a variety of animals across the Harambe Reserve, indulge in a delectable meal, and learn about conservation efforts.  You'll even get some amazing candid photos (and a few other goodies) to take home!  I would recommend going in the morning due to the fact that the animals are usually more active then, plus you'll have the entire rest of your day to enjoy Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park!
