Ahoy there, Deborah!
Thank you so much for sailing over to planDisney with your Disney Cruise Line Wi-Fi question! How exciting that you’ll be staying in a one-bedroom Concierge suite—you are truly in for a first-class voyage at sea! My family has had the pleasure of sailing Concierge on our last few cruises, and let me tell you, it’s an experience sprinkled with pixie dust from bow to stern. From the exclusive welcome lunch as soon as you board, to the spacious
staterooms and that incredible Concierge Lounge service—it’s smooth sailing the whole way!
Now, let’s drop anchor and dive right into your question. Guests sailing Concierge do receive a complimentary
internet package (subject to change). This package lasts for the duration of your voyage and allows you to stay connected at sea with access to social media, web browsing, and email. You’ll be able to:
- Post photos, videos, and updates on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
- Stay connected with loved ones through FaceTime, WhatsApp, or Zoom calls
- Browse the web or check emails while relaxing on deck
Just note that this plan doesn’t support streaming services such as YouTube, Disney+, or Hulu—so save your movie marathons for the Funnel Vision screen under the stars!
And here’s a fun insider tip: you won’t need Wi-Fi to use the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App! It’s your handy compass at sea for checking daily schedules, booking onboard activities, viewing restaurant menus, and keeping track of all the onboard entertainment—all without using internet data.
Speaking of Concierge perks, one of my family’s favorite experiences is getting early access to the Broadway-style shows onboard. We love snagging those front-and-center seats for performances like Aladdin or Disney's The Little Mermaid. My husband usually runs back to the lounge to grab beverages and popcorn for the kids before showtime—it’s become our own little pre-show ritual.
Deborah, I hope this helps to answer your question. If you have any more questions as you prepare to set sail, please feel free to reach out to us again.
See you real soon,
Christina
