Welcome to planDisney Jasmine!
Being on a Disney Cruise is the perfect time to "disconnect" from the outside world, but sometimes you need to
stay in touch with those back on land, or maybe even check in with work. Whether you are looking to check your emails or post to social media, there are internet packages available onboard through
Connect@Sea. There are different packages available starting at about $20 per day for a basic package, and price will increase depending on the package you choose. (Prices are subject to change.) Remember, even if you buy the very best package, your internet speed will not be the same as what you have on land, so do not plan on having super speedy access! Sign up for your desired package once you are on your ship.
When on board, click your phone to "DCL-GUEST" for your wifi. This will allow you to send and receive imessages (both parties must have imessage for this to work). This is for text only messages, videos and photos will not send. I like being able to imessage my family if I am sailing without them, so this is a great feature. There is no additional cost to use imessaging.
To prepare for your Disney Cruise, download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. This will be your "go to" for everything from adding your internet package to checking dining times to looking at the ship's activities. What a handy app Captains Mickey and Minnie have available!
As your cruise approaches, read through
Know Before You Go. This will outline all the paperwork and documents that need to be completed before your cruise. Getting all this done ahead of time will speed up the boarding process and it will be smooth sailing from there! Bon Voyage!
