Hello my wife's tickets isn't showing on my Disney experience. Mine is showing fine just hers is missing like its not linked to the booking. My daughter has a my disney experience and her whole family tickets are showing. Please help

    Hi, Tony!

We must get this fixed! Mickey Mouse is looking forward to meeting your entire family - INCLUDING your wife!

Let's start with your My Disney Experience account. Log into your account, then check your "My Family and Friends" to see if your lovely wife is listed. If not, click on "Add a Guest" which should add her to your account. You can then link her ticket.

Once she is included in your list and you link her park ticket, you should see her listed under Tickets and Passes with her ticket information.

If none of this is working and you still do not see your wife or her ticket listed, give a call to the Internet Help Desk at (407)939-7765 where a friendly Cast Member will be happy to assist you. Have any confirmation numbers, tickets, and your email address handy so they can get your account fixed up in a jiffy! It is like having your very own Fairy Godmother when you call...they wave their magic wands and your problem is resolved.

Wishing you a quick fix to your My Disney Experience issue!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
