Ahoy and welcome to planDisney, Sam! I'm glad you cruised by with this question to make sure you'll get the all-clear to board the
Disney Wonder and set your sails on Mexico.
The
travel documentation information is available online, but it just says "original valid passport." This is helpful but may not explicitly answer your question beyond doubt. A Cast Member confirmed with me that the passports only have to be valid for the length of your cruise. There is no unstated stipulation of a period beyond the day you return to port. Based on what I have heard about getting passports, that's great news.
It won't be long before you are saying "Anchors Aweigh!" If you have not yet started your online check-in, you can do this now on the
Disney Cruise Line website, under "Already Booked." You can also complete this on the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. One note from experience: passports like to give off a glare when you take a picture. Try to find a brightly lit room so you do not need a flash. It may take a few tries to get the right angle. Hopefully, everything else is easy, breezy smooth seas ahead!
Please come back to
planDisney with any other questions. We are here to help you SEAS the adventure.
Bon Voyage!
