Hi my wife and 2 year old daughter are going to DW in the middle of October 12. How is the weather in that month to consider going to water parks or use the resort pool and how crowded it gets in the parks? Greetings

    Hi Adrian!

Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!

October is one of my favourite times to visit Walt Disney World Resort.  Typically, the weather is still very warm - the average high/low temperatures are 85/65, with an average rainfall of 2.5 inches.  It is usually very much warm enough to swim and visit the water parks, with less humidity than the high heat of the summer months.  Crowd levels could be increased by the special event - the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival - which takes place this year from September 28 to November 12.

If you have any other questions that would help you make your decision, please come back and ask me - I would be happy to help you plan your magical vacation!
