My wife and I are going to WDW on our honeymoon. First day in the park is Monday, but check in at the resort isn't until 3pm. can we leave our bags will bell services and park at the resort and take the bus to park that morning for early entry?

Hello, Dewayne, and welcome to planDisney.

Oh my goodness! On behalf of planDisney, let me be the first to say CONGRATULATIONS! I can't think of a better place to begin your happily ever after than at the Most Magical Place on Earth! Disney knows a thing or two about true love, and I'm delighted that your life's story together starts with a sprinkle of pixie dust. Now, let's get straight to your "Once upon a time" honeymoon question!

My family typically arrives at our Disney Resort hotel early in the morning, before check-in, and like you, we want to head into the parks as soon as possible! We usually stop by the front desk first to let them know we are on property. Occasionally, our room is ready early, but more often than not, the wonderful Cast Members are still preparing for our arrival. If that's the case, we take our luggage to Bell Services, where they are happy to hold it until our room is ready. You just need to provide your name, and they will give you a luggage tag. After that, you're all set for a magical day! You will also have access to all of the complimentary Disney transportation.

When you are ready to return to your Resort hotel, you can either pick up your bags using your luggage tag or have them delivered directly to your room. I have a planDisney panelist friend, Elaine, who shared a helpful tip with me: take a picture of your luggage tag in case it gets misplaced. This advice saved me once when I lost my tag amidst the hustle and bustle of the parks.

Dewayne, a celebration of this magnitude deserves a lot of fanfare, so be sure to pick up a celebration button from a Cast Member. This will allow Cast Members and other Guests to celebrate with you and wish you well.

If you have the chance, be sure to see the nighttime fireworks spectacular, "Happily Ever After." This show celebrates love and the journey of life. If you're looking for a unique way to celebrate, check out the Enchanting Extras Collection, where you'll find romantic dessert parties with a view of the fireworks and other unique ways to commemorate your fairytale!

I'm so happy you've stopped by. As you plan your lifetime of visits to Walt Disney World Resort, planDisney will be here to spread some extra pixie dust on your planning. We look forward to hearing from you anytime!

Congratulations again, and magical best wishes,
    Shonette
