    My wife and I are visiting WDW lin September to celebrate her retirement from 35 years of Teaching. 2nd visit, 1st was with our children 20 years ago. Is there good viewing of Illuminations all around the lagoon or only certain areas?

    Hi Ken!
    First off, kudos to your wife for dedicating herself to making the world a better place through her teaching. As a fellow teacher, I admire her dedication and service!!
    As for Illuminations, there really aren't any bad locations around World Showcase in terms of viewing. Some of the better spots are along England, America, Mexico and Norway. That said, I think one of the best spots to capture the whole show is looking head on into the lake directly across the lake from the America pavillion. This view not only captures the fireworks show, but all of the countries as they are lit up.
