Hi Ken,
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us!
I’m excited about your upcoming visit to the
Disneyland Resort! Planning the trip is one of my favorite parts of the visit! I love getting all my ducks in a row before the trip, and I see you are doing the same! So I am happy to spread a little pixie dust and answer your question!
The Disneyland Resort offers accommodations for guests with dietary restrictions and disabilities. This service is called
Disability Access Service (DAS). Guests can
register for DAS before their visit (between 2 and 30 days before the initial visit date) through
Live Chat with a Cast Member who will happily explain the benefits and services available upon approval. Guests can also register for DAS in the theme parks at the following locations - City Hall, Chamber of Commerce, or Guest Information. Guests can also speak with a friendly Cast Member on the
Disability Services line for more information!
Tip from Tiffany: Please note that while the Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort both have Disability Access Service (DAS) for guests, you must register for each separately! The good news is that the registration process is the same for both Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort. So all you have to do is remember to also register for
Walt Disney World Resort Disability Access Service before your Walt Disney World Resort visit (2-30 days before), and the Cast Members will happily assist via Live Chat with the registration and approval of your DAS pass for that visit! It's double the magic!
If you have any further questions about the Disneyland Resort, remember - you’ve got a friend in me!
The magic awaits,
Tiffany
