My wife and I will be visiting Disney at the end of September. We have two daughters, ages 4 1/2 and 3. We'll only be staying for 3 days, and were thinking of visiting Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. Would these be the best choices for small girls?

    Hi Julie,

These are both great choices with little ones. I would plan on spending 2 full days at the Magic Kingdom and 1 full day at the Animal Kingdom. The Magic Kingdom has many attractions for preschoolers. You'll most likely spend the majority of your time in Fantasyland, but you can enjoy other attractions with them as well. I answered a question earlier today about some of the wonderful things to do at the Animal Kingdom with a 4 year old. You can view that response here.

If you have Park Hopper passes, you could always jump on the monorail for part of your Magic Kingdom day and go to Epcot. Your little girls would likely love The Seas with Nemo and Friends. This slow moving, mesmerizing ride ends in a multilevel aquarium. My daughters really enjoyed this attraction in particular when they were preschoolers. We used to spend hours in there looking at all of the fish.

Hope this helps and have a wonderful vacation,
