My Wife and I are UK residents and Platinum Pass holders, we had 3 trips planned this year all cancelled. We can’t use our passes for the foreseeable future, I’ve been calling from the UK but on hold which is expensive. Is there another way to get help.

    Hi Stephen!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

It's always a pleasure to assist my fellow Guests from the UK, and I'm very sorry to see that you have had to cancel your holidays this year.  I know exactly how you feel, and I hope you will soon be making plans to return to the Most Magical Place on Earth in 2021.

You are correct that the dedicated support phone number for Annual and premium Passholders is located in USA (407) 939-7277, and I completely understand how you don't want to run up costly phone expenses.  I talked with my fellow UK Disney Parks Moms Panelist Jane, who is also an Annual Passholder, who suggested that you call the freephone UK number (of the Walt Disney Travel Company International) on 0800 028 0778 who may be able to put you through to a Cast Member who can assist you with your questions about your Platinum Pass.   There is also a wealth of information to be found about Annual Passes here: Annual Passes: Know Before You Go.

When you are ready to return to Walt Disney World Resort, in addition to your park admission tickets, the new Disney Park Pass system will be required for every day you wish to visit a Walt Disney World theme park.  As soon as you have linked your tickets to your My Disney Experience account, you can go ahead and make your Disney Park Pass reservations.  Reservations can be made up until September 2021, and as daily park passes have limited availability I would encourage you to make your selections at your earliest opportunity.

At this time, during the phased re-opening of Walt Disney World, we may need a little more considered and careful planning, but our holidays to Walt Disney World Resort can still be a magical experience.  Please read this information about Returning to a World of Magic and keep your eye on any new posts from the Disney Parks Blog as more official details are announced.

We know you have many questions about what this all means for your upcoming visit.  Please know we are working to be able to answer your questions as quickly as possible, and we look forward to providing an update as soon as we have more information to share.  Come back and ask as many questions as you like!  We are always happy to help you plan your holiday.
