My wife is type 1 diabetic and needs to watch her carbs. Are there any charts available for any of foods WDW offers? Any help would be appreciated. I have been searching on line and not found much of anything that helps.

    Hello Dan,

I am not sure if there are any charts available in reference to carbs.  I do know that if you want detailed help on her meals while at Walt Disney World your best bet is to contact Disney's food experts at

Let them know your concerns in detail and they will help you by giving you more information and solutions.  Disney is excellent when dealing with any type of food issue.  I have found them to be incredibly cooperative and resourceful.

I hope this helps!  Have a magical vacation and thanks for visiting the Moms Panel!
