Hi Mark,
Welcome to planDisney! I am so happy to see you all using
My Disney Experience to plan!
A few months ago, my husband and I had a similar dilemma. I noticed that his Annual Pass was not linked to my account. He never used his My Disney Experience account, so we
contacted a Cast Member in Website Support. Although that Cast Member said we could have created a new managed profile for him in My Disney Experience account, they did the work for us to make sure that all of the resort reservations and
Disney Park Pass system reservations remained in tact. It took some time but the Cast Member was able to make sure everything stayed linked.
Since I had to call a few times this week, I understand that you may want to avoid a long wait time. I had ticket issues to correct. But, typically, when I am calling Website Support, the hold time is not as long and I get connected to a Cast Member who can resolve my issue.
After you get those accounts sorted, planning will be even easier. I make all of the plans for our family although one of our girls is quite adept at making
advanced dining reservations. As you continue to plan, review the
dining reservation window and be sure to make a few reservations. Also take a few minutes to review some of the new and upcoming features in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App like
Mobile Dine Check-in and
Disney Genie service.
Mark, on our most recent trip, we had the best time! Find some
matching gear, map out your plans, and get ready to make some memories!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
