Greetings, Samantha!
I am SO very excited for you and your wife to experience the magic of your first baby-free trip to the Disneyland Resort in six years! I can taste the Churros and Dole Whips now! Over the past seven years, I have visited the Parks as a breastfeeding mom many times, and I’m happy to report that the Disneyland Resort offers helpful resources at both theme parks.
The
Baby Care Centers are the perfect spot for your wife to pump as needed throughout the day. In Disneyland Park, the Baby Care Center is located at the end of Main Street, U.S.A., next to First Aid, and at Disney California Adventure Park, it’s located next to Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop, and across from The Bakery Tour in Pacific Wharf. Upon entering both of these locations, a Cast Member will guide your wife to a private area, where she can plug in and utilize her pump. Unfortunately, the Baby Care Centers don’t offer milk or pump storage, however, both Parks do offer
Locker Rentals, where you can store the pump and a small cooler for the milk. I’d recommend grabbing complimentary cups of ice at any quick-service restaurant to keep your milk cold all day long.
If you are staying at a
Disneyland Resort Hotel, you can also utilize the mini-fridge in your room to store your milk. All three Resort hotels are within walking distance of both Parks. Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is actually adjacent to Disney California Adventure Park, making for very convenient back-and-forth access.
I hope you have a fabulous baby-free getaway!
See ya’ real soon!
Kristin
