Hiya Paul!
Welcome back to planDisney, it's great to "sea" you again!
Now THAT is my kind of Christmas present! I hope your girls were so thrilled when they heard you'd be sailing on the
Disney Treasure. I love using
Disney Cruise Line Ground Transportation to get from Walt Disney World Resort to the cruise port, it's so easy. While it doesn't exactly get you "priority" boarding, using Disney's ground transportation means your Port Arrival Time will be automatically assigned based on your anticipated arrival at the port. For my family, this has often meant an early boarding time because the bus to the port leaves Walt Disney World first thing in the morning. Early boarding is not guaranteed, but it's a nice sprinkle of pixie dust when it all works out!
There is limited space for ground transfers, so if you'd like to add that to your cruise I would
call to make arrangements as soon as you can.
I don't know how old your daughters are, but they might enjoy the free
My Disney Cruise Adventure activity book! It's a great way to learn a little bit about cruising, understand what will happen when you board the ship, and even pick up some helpful nautical terms. You'll also want to download the
Disney Cruise Line Mobile App to guide your family on the ship. It has an adorable clock to count down the days until your cruise, too!
Safe travels, Paul! I hope your family has an incredible time on the Disney Treasure!
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
