My wife suffers from colitis and my daughter has type 1 diabetes - they are both unable to queue due to needing to be near a toilet or because my daughter may have a hypoglycaemic event - we have always had a DAS pass in the past - how do we register pls

    Hello Paul,

Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for stopping by with such an important enquiry concerning your upcoming family holiday this coming December at Walt Disney World Resort.

Paul, I'm more than pleased to share that Guests are welcome to seek to register for the Disability Access Service (DAS) upon arrival at any Disney Theme Park.   Simply stop by Guest Relations where helpful Cast Members will be on hand to discuss the particular needs of all individual Guests who wish to register for the Disability Access Service (DAS).

Plus, you'll be pleased to hear that any Disability Access Service (DAS) that Cast Members provide for your lovely wife, and daughter will be valid for their entire length of stay; which currently is for up to 60-days at Walt Disney World Resort!

Paul, I feel sure you'll discover a plethora of pixie-dusted assistance is provided for Guests with Disabilities at Walt Disney World Resort.  I know first-hand from my own family holidays that Guests living with Cognitive Disabilities, or hidden health conditions are offered such thoughtful, kind, and inclusive accommodations which are all designed to make our precious family time together as magical as possible.

Should you have any further specific questions about visiting Walt Disney World Resort with a disability, or specific health condition it's always possible to connect with Cast Members via this handy email address: Disability.services@disneyparks.com

Please do feel free to pop back to me here at planDisney if you should have any additional questions about spending the Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort.  It's true to say that the Yuletide season is the most beautiful time of the year at the most magical place on earth!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
