    My wife & I will be staying at Port Orleans-Riverside the weekend after Labor Day. Is there a charge for the horse & carriage ride? 50 days til WDW!

    Hi Edward!

         It is great to hear from you again!  While the carriage ride is an additional cost, it is absolutely worth it!  You and your wife can take a romantic ride through the beautifully landscaped grounds for $35 including tax.  Simply call 1-407-WDW-PLAY to make advanced reservations or you can visit the Riverside Marina for same day reservations.  The trip takes about 25 minutes and your driver graciously appreciates tips! 

          The first ride begins at 6:00 PM and the last one departs at 9:30 PM.  Please note that if you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours ahead of time to avoid a cancellation charge.  Enjoy!
