Me and my wife are going to an all stars resort the night before our cruise at the end of the month. How would we go about getting some beignets and possibly Dolewhip without purchasing a park ticket.

Welcome to planDisney, Nicolas! Disney snacks are one of the best parts of a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I'm so glad you pulled up a chair at the planDisney table so we can help you rustle up some grub before you set sail!

Nicolas, as a guest at a Disney Resort hotel, you'll have access to complimentary resort transportation that will help you get those coveted snacks you mentioned! And Disney transportation can also be part of the fun, so let's explore how to get you there!

Beignets are available at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter (and did you know that they currently are offering Halloween-exclusive Ghoulish beignets in addition to the standard Mickey-shaped beignets?). To access this resort, I'd recommend taking a Disney bus to Disney Springs and then boarding a water taxi to Port Orleans. My family actually did this exact route just two weeks ago; we spent some time shopping and having dinner at Disney Springs (we were staying at Disney's All-Star Sports Resort) and set sail to sample both types of beignets! To get back to your resort, you can take the water taxi back to Disney Springs and then catch a bus, or you can opt for a rideshare service, including the Minnie Van Service powered by Lyft if you're looking for a faster return.

While you're at Disney Springs, you can grab that DOLE Whip at Swirls on the Water, where they even offer a DOLE Whip flight to let you sample a trio of flavors, if you're feeling adventurous! Another option to get your fill of this popular dessert would be to take a bus from Disney Springs to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, where you can purchase a DOLE Whip at Pineapple Lanai. If you do end up visiting this resort, you can take the Disney Monorail or a water taxi back over to Magic Kingdom Park and then take a Disney bus back to your All-Star Resort.

Nicolas, I hope this helps, and I hope you get to enjoy both of those magical snacks on your visit! Be sure to also check out the Halloween treats at several other Disney Resorts being offered for a limited time; you're sure to find something sweet, savory, or spooky!

    See you real soon,
    Alison
