Hi Al!
Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Eating at Walt Disney World Resort is one of my favorite activities. I always make sure to wear my stretchy skirts or shorts. The portion sizes at some restaurants are large, and I often share with my spouse, too. Plus, I'm a snacker, so I fill in the holes throughout the day with the delicious Walt Disney World snacks. I don't share my Dole Whips or Mickey Pretzels though.
You can absolutely share meals at
Quick-Service dining locations or at most Table-Service restaurants. My husband and I will often order an appetizer and entree to share. You won't be able to share meals at restaurants that are a buffet or have a fixed price menu, like
Character Dining. You can eat smaller portions, but each person in the party will be charged.
At
Be Our Guest Restaurant for lunch, I love sharing a Croque Monsieur and then I either have a cup of French Onion Soup or splurge on a Strawberry Cream Cheese Cupcake for dessert. Perfection! Don't believe me? Ask the dishes.
If you have any other questions, please come back and see us real soon! Bon appétit!
