    My wife and I are seriously considering doing the Family 5k for marathon weekend. Which double jogging stroller do you recommend? Our kids are 4 and 2. Thanks for the advice.

    HI Michael!  That is great that you are thinking of doing this!  It would be a really fun family event!

    Wow!  It has been a few years since I was pushing around the double stroller--brings back great memories!  I had an InStep brand stroller that I loved.  However, I am sure that there are many more to choose from these days.  I would just make sure you don't get one that has a "fixed wheel".  I started out with that kind, and it was extremely hard to turn.  If possible, go to a store that sells them so you can take it on a test run around the store.  You may like one better than another depending on how high the handlebar is, how large the wheels are, etc.

    Another thing to consider while on vacation are stroller rental companies.  I have used Kingdom Strollers in the past (www.kingdomstrollers.com) and they have some double jogging strollers available.  Or feel free to bring your own!

    Also, you and your wife should both sign up for the stroller division, that way you will get four medals!  I am sure that both children will want their own!
